At Interlink Jyotish, we strive to provide deeply insightful and result-oriented astrology consultations and training. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have outlined our Refund & Return Policy below to ensure full transparency and fairness.

📌 1. Astrology Consultations

All consultations are carefully prepared and customized based on your birth data and queries.

✅ Once a consultation is delivered (via WhatsApp, phone call, PDF, or audio), no refund will be issued.

✅ If you have paid but do not receive a response within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

✅ If any technical issue or double payment occurs, your refund will be processed promptly after verification.

📌 2. Online Courses & Coaching (1:1 or Group)

Our astrology courses are structured with limited seats and personalized support.

🔹 Once access to course materials (live class or recorded video) has been granted, no refund will be provided.

🔹 In case of genuine emergencies, and before the course starts, students may request to shift to a future batch (subject to approval).

🔹 Lifetime access includes recordings and learning support, which makes the course non-returnable.

📌 3. Digital Products (PDFs, Downloads, Flashcards – future offerings)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., unable to access file), please contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance.

📌 4. General Terms

We encourage you to carefully read the course or consultation details before making any payment.

You can always reach out to us for clarity before you enroll or book.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment.
